55kk Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Guidelines

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform 55kk (available at 55kk.express), you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each product.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and the 55kk. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not create an account or use the services offered by the platform.

Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. The 55kk commits to notifying registered users by email whenever material changes are made to this document.

To create an account with 55kk and use its services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 18 years of age complete. Access to the platform is strictly prohibited to minors.
• Be a resident of the national territory and provide accurate, up-to-date information at the time of registration.
• Not be on any voluntary self-exclusion list for any gambling service, nor have any legal restrictions on using betting platforms.
• Not be an employee, partner, service provider, or immediate family member of any staff member of the 55kk.

Registration on 55kk is free and each user may hold only one active account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same user — whether with identical or different details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all accounts involved, along with the forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full name, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and mobile number. This information is verified in accordance with the platform's KYC (Know Your Customer) process. The 55kk reserves the right to request additional documents — such as a national ID, driver's license, or proof of address — at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure — including your email, password, and any additional authentication you have set up. The 55kk recommends using strong, unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication wherever available.

Under no circumstances should you share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity carried out on your account is your responsibility, except where you can demonstrate a security breach directly attributable to the platform.

If you suspect your account has been accessed by unauthorized third parties, notify 55kk support immediately 55kk via live chat or by email at suporte@55kk.express. The platform may temporarily suspend the account for investigation without affecting the user's legitimate balance.

The 55kk accepts the following deposit methods, all free of charge for the user:

• The minimum deposit per transaction is R$ 20.00.
• Pix deposits are credited instantly, typically in under 30 seconds.
• Deposits via boleto bancário may take up to 3 business days to clear.
• Deposits made by credit or debit card are subject to approval by the card issuer.
• All deposits must be made using payment methods held in the user's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

The 55kk reserves the right to decline or return deposits that show inconsistencies, raise fraud concerns, or fall outside the limits set by the platform. Deposits returned on suspicion of irregularity may take up to 5 business days to be credited back to the originating account.

Withdrawals on 55kk 55kk are processed exclusively via Pix, credited to the Pix key registered by the user in their account profile. The following conditions apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00.
• Verified account holders have no maximum daily withdrawal limit.
• Processing time is up to 5 minutes for verified accounts, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• The Pix key provided for withdrawals must be registered in the user's own name and match the CPF on the account.
• Withdrawals are only permitted after the identity verification (KYC) process has been completed.
• In cases of suspected money laundering, fraud, or violation of the Terms, the 55kk may temporarily suspend withdrawals during an investigation, with a resolution deadline of up to 30 days.

Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after meeting the bonus rollover requirements are eligible for withdrawal. See the specific terms for each promotion in the Bonuses & Promotions section of this page.

The 55kk offers Sports Betting across more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Champions League), volleyball (Superliga, VNL), basketball (NBB, NBA), MMA/UFC, tennis, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant, Free Fire), Formula 1, and NFL, among others.

• The minimum amount per bet is R$ 2.00.
• A bet is considered valid only after confirmation by the 55kk system 55kk, confirmed by the display of the bet registration code and its "confirmed" status.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cash out feature is available and used before the event result is settled.
• The 55kk reserves the right to limit or refuse bets on any market, at any time, without the need to provide justification.
• In the event of an odds publication error — values clearly outside standard market range — the 55kk reserves the right to void affected bets and return the staked amount to the user's balance.
• The 55kk may set betting limits per event, per market, or per user based on risk analysis.

Parlay bets combine two or more events. The potential return is calculated by multiplying the selected odds together and applying them to the stake. In a parlay, if one event is postponed or cancelled, that selection is removed from the parlay at odds of 1.00 and the bet remains valid for the remaining events.

Live betting on 55kk allow users to bet on events already in progress, with odds updated in real time. The following specific rules apply:

• Live odds change constantly and reflect the current state of the event. 55kk 55kk may temporarily suspend live markets during critical moments in a game — such as goals, service breaks in tennis, or knockdowns in MMA — in order to recalibrate the odds.
• A live bet is valid only if confirmed by the system before any score change or relevant event development. If confirmation is delayed and the score changes in the meantime, the bet may be rejected or the odds adjusted.
• The cash out feature is available on selected live bets. The cash out value is calculated in real time and may be lower than, equal to, or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event is progressing.
• In the event of technical issues affecting the live data feed, the 55kk may temporarily suspend live markets without prior notice.

The 55kk applies the following rules for events that are not completed as scheduled:

• Event cancelled before it starts: All bets are voided and the wagered amount is returned to the user's balance.
• Postponed event: If an event is postponed and takes place within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, bets remain valid. If the postponement exceeds 48 hours, bets are voided and stakes are returned.
• Event interrupted: If an event starts but cannot be completed, markets already settled before the interruption remain valid. Unsettled markets are voided and stakes returned.
• Venue change: If a match is moved to a different stadium or arena, bets remain valid as long as the original home-team advantage is preserved. If the home and away sides are reversed, bets are voided.

In situations not explicitly covered by these rules, the final decision rests with the 55kk trading team 55kk, always seeking the fairest outcome for the user.

The 55kk offers bonuses and promotions for new users and active players. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are:

• Each user is entitled to claim the welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts will result in all accounts involved being permanently closed.
• Bonuses are subject to rollover requirements (minimum wagering before withdrawal), which vary by promotion and are stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Unused bonus balances that are not played through within the set period are automatically cancelled.
• The 55kk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time, with prior notice whenever possible.
• The 55kk reserves the right to cancel bonuses and winnings obtained through abusive behavior, two-sided betting (arbitrage), use of bots, or any conduct that constitutes an attempt to improperly exploit promotions.

In addition to Sports Betting, 55kk 55kk offers Live Casino products — including roulette, blackjack, baccarat, slots, and crash games. The following conditions apply to these products:

• Casino games are provided by certified suppliers and use random number generators (RNG) audited by independent bodies, ensuring the randomness and fairness of all outcomes.
• The return-to-player (RTP) for each slot is available in the game information section within the platform.
• In the event of a technical failure during a round of any casino game, 55kk 55kk reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the amount wagered.
• Crash games feature multipliers that rise throughout each round. Users must cash out before the game "crashes" — which happens at a random point determined by a certified algorithm. Any bets not cashed out before the crash are forfeited.
• Live casino games are streamed in real time and are subject to the user's connection quality. Connection issues on the user's end do not entitle them to a refund.

The 55kk is committed to responsible gambling and the well-being of its users. Sports Betting and casino games are a form of entertainment — and should be treated as such.

The platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible directly through the app or website:

• Deposit limit: Set a maximum deposit limit per day, week, or month.
• Bet limit: Set a maximum stake per bet or per time period.
• Voluntary break: Suspend access to your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days with a single click — no need to contact support.
• Permanent self-exclusion: If you wish to permanently leave the platform, please contact support. Self-exclusion is irreversible and blocks all future access associated with your registered CPF.

The 55kk reaffirms that users under 18 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or carrying out any transactions on the platform. Any account identified as belonging to a minor will be immediately closed, with the balance refunded upon verification by the legal guardian.

The 55kk may suspend or close user accounts in the following situations, without prior notice and with the possibility of holding balances during an investigation:

• Creating multiple accounts under the same user (bonus abuse or any other purpose).
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any unauthorized tool to manipulate bets or games.
• Abusive behavior, threats, or harassment directed at employees of 55kk.
• Violation of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.

Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting support. Once the request is submitted, any available balances eligible for withdrawal will be processed within 5 business days, provided there are no pending verification or investigation matters.

The 55kk is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming, including those caused by the user's own strategy, third-party information, or external analysis.
• Temporary platform instability or unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, internet provider outages, or force majeure events.
• Damages resulting from unauthorized use of the user's account by third parties, where the cause is the user's own negligent sharing of credentials.
• Third-party content that may be linked to or referenced on the platform.

Under no circumstances shall the total liability of the 55kk toward a user for any claim shall not exceed the balance available in the user's account at the time the claim arose.

The 55kk reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Whenever relevant changes are made, users will be notified by email at least 7 days before the new conditions take effect.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, along with the date of the last update. We recommend reviewing this document periodically to stay informed about the rules in effect.

If you do not agree with the new conditions, you may request account closure before the effective date of the changes, with no penalty. Continued use of the platform after that date will be treated as acceptance of the new conditions.
